Beginning June 20, 2011

*BY APPOINTMENT ONLY*

 

PLACE:   Administration Building

                  230 Beech Street

                  Pottstown PA  19464

TIMES:   Summer Registration Hours

                  June 20th - August 18th

                  Monday-Wednesday – 7:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

                  Thursday – 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

 

                  Beginning Monday August 22nd

                  Monday-Friday – 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

 

You must have the following with you at registration:

              ü    Immunization records (including Hepatitis B)

              ü    Birth Certificate

              ü    Two (2) Proofs of residency

              ü    Custody agreement documents

 

REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE TAKEN WITHOUT ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION.

 

**The student does not need to be present at registration.**
