News from the Health Room The school nurse checks and records every child’s height and weight each year. Within the first two months of school, the nurse also screens all children for vision and auditory acuity. If your child has an injury or illness that requires a limitation of their recess and/or physical education activities, please send a note to the teacher or nurse, so we can help with this request. A REMINDER: If your child does require medication, please call the nurse's office to get a form that needs to be filled out and signed by your doctor. | ||||||||||||||||||||
