Point of Sale System

The Point of Sale System for school breakfast and lunches is in place at all of our schools.  Parents or Guardians can send in a check or cash with their child and that amount will be deposited in their personal account.

Every time a lunch or breakfast is purchased, it will automatically deduct the cost of that lunch or breakfast from your account. When that account balance reaches a pre-set amount, the student will be given a letter to take home showing the amount left in his/her account. This letter will be used as a reminder to the parent or guardian that a deposit must be made to update the account.

In the event that there is no money in the student’s account, a charge will be permitted for only three (3) lunches at the elementary and Middle School level. Once the account has money deposited, the amount owed will automatically be deducted. At the end of the year, if there is a balance, it will automatically follow the student to the next grade.

This system eliminates lost or stolen tickets and keeps an accurate record of the student’s personal account. If there are any questions regarding the Point of Sale System, please contact the Food Service Department located at the High School   (610-970-6718).
