First Post Mercury Editorial 3-13-10 THORNS to the Pottstown School Board for disintegrating into the most dysfunctional elected group we've seen in a long time. The discussion over what to do with Pottstown elementary school buildings — a discussion that has gone on for some 19 years, as one administrator points out — has become a series of shouting matches and accusations centered on individuals or small groups.
