Date Set for Second Round of Flu Shots The Montgomery County Health Department recommends that children 5 years to 9 years old should receive a second dose of the H1N1 Vaccine. On Friday, February 12, 2010 the Health Department will be at the Pottstown High School Cafeteria from 8AM to 11AM to administer the H1N1 vaccine to these children. This will also be opened to children and staff members who still have not received the H1N1 vaccination. Parents must escort their children to the site. New consent forms must be completed and will be available at the administration site or can be downloaded from district website at www.pottstownschools.com under H1N1 Swine Flu Information and then click on H1N1 Consent Form. Any questions concerning the H1N1 vaccine you can call your child’s building nurse. | ||||||||||||||||||
