School and Community Partnership The Pottstown School District, with funding from the Pottstown Area Health and Wellness Foundation, is partnering with other community agencies and organizations to form a Safe Schools/Healthy Students School-Community Partnership. The District and its partners will create a comprehensive plan for the new partnership, submit a $6 million funding proposal to the US Department of Education’s Office of Safe and Drug Free Schools, and submit additional proposals to state, federal, and private funding sources to support the Partnership’s initiatives.
